1951 |
Establishment of a company.
At Noda factory in Chiba, we’ve started to recycle magnesium such as ex-service components from US military and printing plates from newspaper companies.
Soon after, we also started to produce and sell anodic materials of magnesium, aluminum, and zinc alloy. |
1955 |
Established a method to manufacture magnesium ingots machining, grinding, classifying, and bagging continuously. |
1956 |
Manufacturing magnesium materials used for ductile cast iron. |
1960 |
Concluded a license agreement of the 252748th Japan government patent of the electric anti-corrosion zinc alloy. |
1965 |
Business tie-up with Wilson Walton International for the sales of anodic materials. |
1974 |
Acquired the 83045th and 4 others Japan government patents, and one British patent of anode aluminum until 1982. |
1979 |
Started to manufacture and sell marine organism anti-adhesive devices as “C-TEC system”. |
1987 |
Acquired permission for the construction industry (the Tokyo governor permission No.75380) and started to design and construct electrolytic protection
for marine and underground structures as a prime contractor. |
1988 |
Opened up Oyama factory in Tochigi, and transferred full production of anodic zinc, magnesium and aluminum materials from Noda and Tochigi factory. |
1992 |
Set up “Saito Magnesium student scholarship” in the Japan Magnesium Association,
and contributed to develop young researchers of magnesium and have been putting all our efforts into advance of Magnesium industry. |
1993 |
Started to research and develop magnesium coating grain for steel making and desulfurization, and also began to produce and sell products. |
1998 |
Established a new machining technology that was safe to produce magnesium alloy chips for injection molding in bulk and started to manufacture and sell them. |
2000 |
Bought an adjoining area of Oyama factory and doubled factory sites.
Built additional equipment for smelting and casting recycling materials, a smelting facility for testing and researching.
Maintained prototype experiment laboratories. |
2004 |
Obtained ISO9001. Produced pure magnesium. Manufactured products of magnesium alloy.
Produced and installed galvanic anodes for electrolytic protection for ships, marine harbor facilities, and underground structure.
Designed and manufactured of marine microbe anti-adhesive devices. |
